We found a ceramic object that we documented and sent to an archeologist for examination.Based on the information we gained we used photogrammetry technology* to create three new shapes in collaboration with a software that could indicate the original purpose and shape of the artifact. Through this approach, we wanted to investigate the leading role that archeology and archives play in historical narratives, where the line between real versus fictional overlaps.
*the technology of obtaining reliable information about physical objects through the process of recording, measuring and interpreting photographic images.
